Returns and refunds
I understand that making a decision to shop online can be a little tricky because we like to feel and touch items before we buy. Don’t worry, should you find something wrong with an item when you receive it, I have an exchange policy.
Just drop me a line with the details of your order and the fault and I’ll get it sorted for you. However, as all the pieces are made to order, I’m unable to refund.
If a particular item is unavailable, you can choose another of the same value or higher with a payment top up.
To make an exchange, you’ll need to contact me within 48 hours of receiving the item. The item must also be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Please note that it is also your responsibility to ensure the returned item arrives in good condition.
Delivery and quality assurance
All the fashion pieces are handmade by me and I work really hard to ensure each piece is crafted to the highest possible standards. Quality checks are done before your orders are sent to you. Each item comes in an attractive, sturdy gift box which is then bubble-wrapped and packed in a post pac box for shipping. This is to ensure your order arrives in good condition.
All orders are delivered by Registered Airmail from Singapore. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped so that you can track the delivery status of your order. Your order will be shipped 2 working days after payment is cleared.
For international orders, please note that you are responsible for any Customs Duty and/or Import VAT imposed by your country.
I am a secure PayPal merchant and accept payments by major credit cards through PayPal. When you place an order, a PayPal invoice will be emailed to you. Just follow the simple instructions to make your payment through your credit card. You do not need to open a PayPal account to use this service.
