
2012 was a good year although it ended with a bit of a scare. My dad had a bad fall on New Year’s eve and had to be admitted to hospital. I’m so glad all turned out well and that he’s fine.
As I glanced at the calendar, I realised how time flies. It’s past the middle of January and I’m late for my first post for 2013.
2012 was a year of pushing boundaries and expanding my horizon. I traveled, learned more about myself, indulged in spending undivided time with the whole family, revisited and enjoyed forgotten interests, and added a new dimension to this blog.The highlight of the year was surely my trip to Maldives.
- Snorkeling with the manta rays
During this holiday, I faced my fear of drowning and sharks. I discovered the joy of snorkeling and was thrilled when I snorkeled with the manta rays. Best of all, the whole family was together for a week. Continue reading
